JOB SUMMARY:

We are representing a global real estate company in search of a Senior Agent Care & Admin Executive. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and administration within the real estate sector, including office management, data handling, and supply coordination. Supports sales activities, maintains smooth document flow, and delivers quality customer service to agents. Additionally provides communication support and basic training to team members when needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration support and prepare documents/ agreements accordingly.
  • Build good rapport with internal real estate agents and provide support to them.
  • Provide office and administrative support.
  • Entertain all customers via phone, walk in and email.
  • Assist in branch’s administration functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in any fields.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in administration or related field is required for this position.
  • Incumbent must willing to work at Pusat Perdagangan Danga Utama, Johor Bharu.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
