Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and onsite technical support.
- Work on customer issues, identify root cause, and provide solution or workaround.
- Travel to customer site to support system installation, service, and the commissioning of the company’s systems.
- Troubleshoot sophisticated machinery with a combination of electronic and mechanical components.
- Willing to work and travel extensively around Asia Pacific and Oceania region.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
