•Design customized power generator controls circuit with PLC programming, Networking, HMI and switchgear layout.
•Work closely with Service Engineer to handle factory test in workshop and commissioning at customer’s site
•Provide assistance to Sales Engineer in technical specification and attending technical meeting at customer site with sales.
•Coordinate with customer for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements.
•Able to support and troubleshoot control issues through phone and email, remotely.
•Able to coordinate with Site Engineers and Superintendents on site commissioning.
•To handle factory internal testing in workshop.
•To handle Factory Acceptance Test in workshop in the presence of customer.
•Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers.
•Coordinate with customer for technical issues to meet customer’s technical requirements.
•Able to support and troubleshoot programming issues throught remote internet/computer device.
•Monitor projects through completion, providing corrections, modifications or assistance to other department as needed.
