Job Description

  • Coordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, HRDF management, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
  • Assist and support in new joiners’ orientation and the organization of engagement activities, team building, bonding, festive events, company trip/dinner, and ad-hoc activities.
  • Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on the LMS system.
  • Coordinate and assist in career fairs, internships, and management trainee programs.
  • Assist the superior with ad-hoc project requirements and/or research, data analysis, and groundwork.
  • Support other HCD general administration, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment and related field, but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
