Job Description
- Coordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, HRDF management, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
- Assist and support in new joiners’ orientation and the organization of engagement activities, team building, bonding, festive events, company trip/dinner, and ad-hoc activities.
- Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on the LMS system.
- Coordinate and assist in career fairs, internships, and management trainee programs.
- Assist the superior with ad-hoc project requirements and/or research, data analysis, and groundwork.
- Support other HCD general administration, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment and related field, but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
