Graphic Designer Cum Marketing Executive (AF)
JOB SUMMARY
- To plan, develop and produce marketing efforts such as promotional materials, events, seminars and social media to increase the value and performance of Naturally Plus.
- Travel occasionally, including overseas for business/ event purpose.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotional Materials (Posters, notices, newsletter, forms, etc.)
- Create and design marketing, promotional and event material for printing and web usage.
- Liaise with other departments for contents checking, info distribution and governmental application.
- Liaise with suppliers for printing and delivering.
Social Media Management
- Update and upload info/posters on the Social Media Platform / Website.
- Monitor and assist branch for updates posters on the Social Media Platform / Website.
Tours / Events / Seminars Management
- Create, design and direct the decoration for the venue.
- Create and design PowerPoint.
- Create and design any materials needed for the event.
- Take photos and videos.
- Assist to arrange and conduct the activities of the event.
Photos and Videos editing / compiling
- Edit photos and make videos for SNS post and salon display.
Salon Decorations
- Decorate salon according to festive season, events and campaigns.
- Update achievers board.
Merchandises
- Research and design merchandises for events and campaigns.
- Liaise with supplier for quotations, productions and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; any video editing software).
- Passionate about social media universe (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google and etc.)
- Basic photography skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and creative content writing skills.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and keep up with changes in technology and social media.
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
- Willing to travel occasionally, including overseas.
