· The candidate is responsible for the day to day customer service role dealing with customers, vendor.
· The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.
· Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long-term success of the Company.
· Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
· Preparation of shipping documents e.g. bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice etc
· Update daily/weekly report to ensure following up document/shipment is up to date.
· Other related import and export forwarding tasks.
