Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify their printing and packaging needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide product recommendations and support customers with printing and packaging solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Knowledge or experience in offset printing and flexible packaging printing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable developing new customers from scratch.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
- Willing to travel nationwide for customer visits.
