- 1st Level Steam Certificate is a must.
- Assist Mill Manager to look after the palm oil mill operations.
- Assist to monitor the processing losses for oil and kernel to ensure they are below maximum limits.
- Assist to monitor CPO and kernels produced to meet the quality standards for customers.
- Ensure preventive maintenance system is practiced and plant downtime is kept below 2.5% of processing hours in mill.
- Ensure compliance with the quality standards i.e.: QMS 9001, OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001, and MSPO where applicable.
- Degree holder.
