Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking products to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional financial advice.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotions.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and market trends.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
At least 1 year of sales experience (banking sales experience is an advantage)
Candidates from non-banking sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Strong passion for sales & performance-driven mindset
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to surrounding branches
Holding a valid PCE / PCIL / CEILLI license is an added advantage
