Job Summary

We are looking for a Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing IT products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory to ensure smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in building strong supplier relationships.

Job Description

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase IT products from suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals.
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor the supply chain.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Support company sales goals by ensuring timely product availability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Buyer, preferably in the IT retail/IT products sector.
    (Fresh graduates with IT retail exposure are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 a.m. – 6.30 p.m.
