JOB SUMMARY:
We are representing a global real estate company in search of a Customers/ Account Management Executive. This role focuses on verifying and managing leads from social media campaigns, ensuring accurate data flow to consumers, and supporting them through onboarding and enquiries. It also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, handling renewals, and maintaining strong consumer relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform cold calling to follow up and verify the potential leads (data) from social media’s campaign (eg: Facebook) before generating to the Company’s existing consumers.
- To ensure the potential leads information are accurate before sending to the Company’s existing consumers.
- To develop positive relationship with the potential leads and existing consumers.
- To perform on-boarding process to new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign’s referral and answer all the consumers’ enquiries when arises.
- To record consumers’ information in the Company’s internal system.
- To monitor and report campaign’s status, progress, and review to management weekly / monthly.
- To perform regularly follow up with the consumers on their campaign’s listing performance in our Company’s website and share latest campaign plan with consumers when needed.
- To discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relation with new contract agreements.
- To assist oversea consumers in liaising with translation team for project information when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Degree in business marketing / business development / business admin or equivalent.
- Language skills: English and Mandarin is compulsory to liaise with oversea consumers such as Hong Kong and China.
- Working experience in key account is a bonus!

- Incumbent must be willing to work at Old Klang Raod.
